TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

Booking a session or classes with Jo Pountain is deemed to signify that you, the client, accept of the following Terms and Conditions of Service. You must agree to these terms and conditions in order to use the Service. If you are booking on behalf of someone else, by booking a session, you are representing that you have their authority to accept these terms and conditions on their behalf. 

 

Each of the parties to this Agreement irrevocably agrees that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and decide any suit, action or proceedings, and/or to settle any disputes, which may arise out of or in connection with this Service and/or this Agreement or its formation or validity and, for these purposes, each party irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of England.

Liability: You will not hold me, Jo Pountain, liable for any loss or cost incurred by you (or any person related to you), in the event of mental, physical, emotional stress or distress (or any other ailment or condition) caused either directly or indirectly in relation to this Service. I, Jo Herring, make no representation or warranty that methods used in sessions will aid you in your personal circumstance. You will not hold me responsible in any circumstance for the failure (in whole or part) to achieve any of your personal objectives or goals. 

 

You must be age 18 or over to use this service.

For digital goods, in person classes and services: Your purchase is 100% non-refundable. Once your payment is processed, I, Jo Pountain do not offer refunds. I, Jo Pountain encourage you to shop carefully before purchasing. If you are not sure you'll like what you buy, take some time to explore and feel out what is right for you. If you like what Jo offers for free, it is likely you'll be happy with your purchase.

All sessions and services scheduled must be fulfilled within the given timeframe, extending no more than one month past the agreed upon completion period. Jo will make a good faith effort to adjust scheduling changes, however, once the agreed upon completion time has exceeded beyond one month, no attempts at rescheduling will be made and service period will be terminated with no refunds. All appointment change requests require a 24-hour notice, otherwise, the session and payment will be forfeited. All appointments will start on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your session, it is considered a no show, and your session will be cancelled and payment forfeited

Repeat cancellations: I, Jo Pountain, reserve the right to refuse service to any client who repeatedly cancels sessions at short notice. 

Termination: I, Jo Pountain has the right to terminate the contract or to cancel sessions at any time, at which point all unused, pre-paid fees will be returned to the client. A reason for termination will be provided and this reason is final. If I, Jo Pountain, decide that sessions are not a suitable for you, the client, I reserve the right to end the session immediately and cancel all future sessions booked. 

Fee increases: Jo Pountain can increase fees for vacant/future sessions at any time. 

You are not, under any circumstances, permitted to transmit, share or post online or any other media, a copy of your session, unless written permission is given by me.

All sessions are considered extremely private and personal and everything is kept completely confidential. Your information will never be shared with a third party for any reason. Read more about our privacy policy here.

 

Jo Pountain will not be held accountable for decisions made by the recipient. These offerings and sessions are intuitive and holistic in nature and any medical conditions must be advised. They are not to replace medical treatment, psychiatric treatment, or to act as legal or financial advice. If you have concerns in these areas, please consult a reputable professional in the respective field. Any and all decisions and actions made by the individual requesting a service/purchase are the sole responsibility of that individual.
